Assuming this is indeed BK, I cannot be surprised.
30 years ago, BK was better than most options, but it’s steadily been going downhill ever since. The last time I ate in one, I got food poisoning, and that was two years ago. I can’t imagine where they are at now.

One time I pulled into a BK drive thru for breakfast. As I was ordering, a rat climbed on top of the speaker, looked at me, then climbed down the other side. I just drove away.
