OMG don’t just shove everything in a pot and put it on a fire!

That is the driest stew I’ve ever seen.

Could’ve just chopped off the last half of the gif, since we can’t hear any of it.
And I feel like the kale would benefit from being blanched beforehand. Seems like you’d just draw out all the bitterness by blending and boiling it. Plus, it’ll help them blend down better.
I’d also probably add the liquid and simmer the blanched kale, garlic, and onion together, *then* blitz, and then add the potatoes, lentils, and green beans. You’d end up with something finer, more akin to a curry-like texture.
Besides that, “cut the potatoes into small cubes”? Those are massive chunks.

Why do I constantly get these vegan/vegetarian recipes in my feed? Please no more. Edit: let me rephrase. I’d like to see more diversity but lately it just seems like it’s vegan recipes I’m seeing
