A type of soup that the owner of the Mediterranean restaurant said was traditionally supposed to give good luck! It had black beans, spinach, and chickpeas. I know of course those are pretty common ingredients, but I am new and don’t know much. I wanted to say she said something that sounded like it ended in the syllable “-oush” (like how baba ganoush is pronounced) I could be very wrong on that part. I would also call and ask, but they were a pop up at the farmers market and am unsure if I’ll have to wait until next Sunday to find out! TIA!
