It can be 5 or 15 minutes depending on the trouble you want to go to, this was 15 bc I’m slow and went fancy. Layers of yogurt and different fruits and granolas in a nice glass is a great start.
Maybe I went overboard with the Nestle Powder dusted strawberries, but she loves the stuff. I put chia seeds on it to compensate!

Find a nice glass (or bowl) you like, and alternate yogurt (can be more than one kind), fruit (can be fresh or frozen, frozen is faster, and of course can be more than once kind, and granola, and keep layering!
It can be a 5 minute or 15 minute breakfast depending on how complex you want to get or whether you want to slice fresh fruit!
A good start to the day that sticks with you, probiotics, fiber, and that fruit sugar to help wake you up.
