✅ 1 1/2 tbsp Salt

✅ 100 fl oz (3 lt) Water

For the Ground Meat
✅ 26.5 oz (750 g) Ground beef
✅ 1 Onion, finely chopped
✅ 3 Cloves of Garlic, finely chopped
✅ Parsley
✅ 8.8 oz (250 g) Canned tomatoes
✅ 1 tbsp Tomato paste
✅ 1.8 oz (50 g) Olive oil
✅ 1 tbsp Sugar
✅ 1 tsp Salt
✅ 1/2 tsp Pepper
✅ 1 Glass of Water

For the Bechamel
✅ 7.1 oz (200 g) Graviera cheese, grated
✅ 34 fl oz (1000 ml) Whole milk
✅ 3.5 oz (100 g) Butter
✅ 2 Egg yolks
✅ 5.3 oz (150 g) All purpose flour
