Started the Mediterranean diet this week, and I’m still learning as I go. The weekends are where I typically tend to struggle most on diets as I love to snack.
I’m trying to find snacks that fit into my diet and I found that Grain Waves claim to be wholegrain. Would it be OK if I got a single bag of this a week and split it on Saturday and Sunday (so half the bag each day)? I would likely combine this with other snacks like fruit, veggies + hummus or tinned fish on wholegrain crackers.
Every weekend we have always cooked up bacon and eggs (+sausage occasionally) for brunch. I’m thinking of replacing this with two pieces of wholemeal toast with avocado, cucumber, grass, red onion, egg and smoked salmon + piece of fruit + coffee.
