Shout out to u/helloeverybody94 who posted a recipe from this website yesterday! I scrolled for something I had the ingredients on hand for, and tried this. It is soo good! I did not have sumac. I improvised adding thyme and a pinch of garam masala. Also I did fresh lemon instead of lime. Other than that I followed it to a T.
Olive oil, legumes, and leafy greens… doesn’t get healthier than this, folks! Nutritious and delicious.
