    Looks tasty! I find a lot of Indian dishes are excellent for this diet, you just sometimes need to sub out the ghee with olive or avocado oil (usually will work in most recipes).

    This looks great! I got a chuckle because I refer to my cooking style as “Mexi-terranean”. Seems like a lot of different kinds of cuisine can be easily adapted to this way of eating!
