My friend gave me this hot honey that I have no idea what to do with. So I have been trying it in a few places.

I mixed my harrisa powder with EVOO, hot honey, and some extra chilies.

I did my usual leafy green method where I sautée some garlic in olive oil and red pepper flakes. And then I throw in the greens with salt and cover it. I had two bunches of broccoli raab from the farmers market today and they were extra big.

And I made socca which is the easiest flatbread made of chickpea flour.

Not pictured was the squeeze of lemon to balance out the glaze. And for the greens.
