PITA cu Zaatar | Easy Way Cheese Flatbread Ingrediente aluat:
•250g faina + 20 g faina pt blatul de lucru
•110 ml apa
•1 ou
•1 plicutet drojdie uscata 7g + jumatate lingurita zahar
•sare
•4 linguri de ulei de masline

Ingrediente de pus deasupra:
•Zataar
•Ulei de masline
Amesteci zataar cu ulei de masline.

•ricotta
•mozzarella rasa
•cascaval
•branza topita

Poti face un mix din toate sau poti pune doar mozzarella sau ce preferi.

Metoda de preparare:
Intr-un bol adaugam faina , ou, sare, apa calda 60 ml .
Separat dizolvam drojdia cu 50 ml apa calduta si puti zahar amestecam si dupa ce drojdia s-a dizolvat rasturnam peste faina . Adaugam si uleiul de masline si amestecam toate ingredientele pana ce se omogenizeaza. O acoperim si o lasam la dospit pentru 15-30 minute.
Dupa cele 15 minute , luam putina compozitie o intindem cu degetele si o umblem cu mix-ul de branzeturi. O sigilam si deasupra ungem cu amestecul de zataar si ulei de masline. O punem intr-o tava cu foaie de copt si o dam la cuptor la 220 °C pentru 10 minute. Functie convectie pt cuptorul electric.
Sa ai pofta.

PITA cu Zaatar | Easy Way Cheese Flatbread Dough ingredients:
• 250g flour + 20g flour for the worktop
• 110 ml water
• 1 egg
• 1 packet of dry yeast 7g + half a teaspoon of sugar
•salt
• 4 tablespoons of olive oil

Ingredients to put on top:
• Zataar
•Olive oil
Mix zataar with olive oil.

Ingredients – filling composition:
ricotta
• grated mozzarella
• cheese
•melted cheese

You can make a mix of everything or you can just put mozzarella or whatever you prefer.

Preparation method:
In a bowl, add flour, egg, salt, 60 ml warm water.
Separately, dissolve the yeast with 50 ml of warm water and a little sugar, mix and after the yeast has dissolved, pour over the flour. Add the olive oil and mix all the ingredients until they are homogenized. Cover it and leave it to ferment for 15-30 minutes.
After the 15 minutes, take a little composition, spread it with your fingers and cover it with the mix of cheeses. We seal it and spread the mixture of zataar and olive oil on top. We put it in a tray with a baking sheet and put it in the oven at 220 °C / 428°F – for 10 minutes. Convection function for the electric oven.
