    Tbh it depends on your zone and soil.

    This grows well for me in 8b: Mustard greens, collard, peas, leaf lettuce.

    Cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, spinach are other cool weather crops

    You can also start garlic, shallots and onions in some zones, for Summer harvest

    My soil is kinda tough so root crops gave me trouble in the past. I amended this year so im trying again. Carrots, turnips, radishes, beets

    Swede and parsnips I just leave in the ground untill I need them. Savoy cabbage is super hardy. Inside things like komatsuma grows really fast and is very hardy
