Canadian Bacon. Basic EQ method, added garlic powder. 15 days. Nothin fancy. Huge loin from Costco. Couple 3 hours or so on the Camp Chef. It’s goood.

    To everyone that doesn’t get it this isn’t ham. It’s not a picnic, it’s cured loin Canadians call it back bacon, we also call belly bacon, bacon. Peameal bacon is peameal bacon…

    Also it’s incredibly delicious.
