Mix oats and almond milk, protein powder if you’d like. Top with pumpkin and Greek yogurt. Add vanilla, brown sugar swerve, and cinnamon/pumpkin pie spice on top. If you like crunch add a touch of granola or crush some protein cereal like Catalina crunch. Stir next day. Actually tastes like pumpkin pie. Roughly 330-410 kcal and 30-45g protein. Lighter version with half scoop of protein and no yogurt is like 270 kcal.
