DRUMSTICK FLOWERS FRY

    ## INGREDIENTS:

    ​

    1. Drumstick flowers (Moringa) +250 gm.
    2. Potato 1 large cut into small cubes
    3. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
    4. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
    5. Onion 1 large chopped
    6. Green chili 2-3 slit
    7. Garlic clove 5-6 crushed
    8. Salt as required
    9. Mustard Oil 4 tbsp

    ## METHOD:

    Serving Size 4

     Clean drumstick flowers under running water to remove dirt. Put them in a strainer and wipe off the excess water with a kitchen towel.

    Heat oil in a non -stick pan. Add mustard seeds and crushed garlic and stir fry for 15 seconds.

    Add in the chopped onions and green chilies and fry till the onions turn translucent. Add the potato cubes salt and turmeric powder. Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes till the potatoes turn soft.

    Add the flowers. Cover the lid and let them cook on medium heat till the flowers turn soft.

     
    Serve hot as a side dish with steamed rice.
