I used to work in a bakery that looked exactly like this. Those brown metal slats that held those drop tile ceiling panels were all rusty and the steam would collect and then drip onto everything. The steam and ash from the oven would fuck up my lips so it pretty much always looked like I had the worst herpes. I would go home and stand in the shower for an hour just blasting bloody, floury, grey snot rockets from my nose. That place ruined baking for me.

So surely somebody at your company has to be paying off someone at the health department. I’ve been in a lot of kitchens, some I’ve worked in and others just walked through and seen some shit. But this bakery saga is so far out of control at this point lol. Glad you’re building a case on them man you’re doing a public service.
