**Instructions:**

In the bowl of a stand-mixer with paddle attachment, beat butter, vanilla, and sugar until smooth and creamy. 3. Add flour and pecans. Mix until everything is well combined. 4. Scoop about a rounded tablespoon of cookie dough and roll between your hands to form perfect shaped balls. Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden. 5. Remove and let cool slightly before rolling in confectioner’s sugar.
