How to connect existing gas stub on wall to a new LNG grill?

The stub on my house looks like this:

How do I connect it to a new grill?

What product do I need to buy to connect the two? Looks like I’ll need to PB blaster this rusted thing and wrench off either the cap or both the cap and that initial pipe section.
