I am one week in to shifting my lifestyle. Luckily for me, I decided to go for it when my pantry and fridge were pretty empty! Tonight I made a tuna bowl – white/brown rice and quinoa mix topped with a saute of onions, garlic, green onion, baby bell peppers, roma tomatoes, celery, cucumber, tuna, and 4 large handfulls of mixed greens with some olive oil. I’ve been scouring for reliable sites and YouTube channels to learn from and came across a thread in this channel sharing sources and adapted one of those recipes for this. Any advice or similar favorite recipes you’d suggest? I usually dislike fish but this was great.
