  1. Looks delicious! I usually buy 2 smaller turkeys (10-12 pounds) on sale after the holidays and cook them the same way either on the smoker or in the oven a few times a year. It’s a great method because it cooks so quickly. No more dried out turkey breast. It’s a lot easier to carve as well 👍. Great video, love your channel ❤️✌️

  3. I used almost the same ingredients as you when I made the butter chicken with Provencal herbs. The only exception is that I did not use sage. It comes out exceptionally tasty, and really soft and juicy inside and the skin is crispy. Please take a look!
