I make the stock from scratch, collecting friends turkey carcasses to maximize flavor. Got 4 carcasses in the stockpot this year, and 1 turkey for the actual soup. Ended up with roughly 44 servings of turkey noodle soup, obviously did not add the noods, they will be added with each serving fresh. Love this tradition!

My Turkey soup never lasts long enough to get canned. Glad that you can can it and enjoy it year-round.
