I travel for work a lot, mostly to towns that offer nothing more than Wendy’s, so I just go to the grocery store and buy any single serving items that require as little prep and kitchen equipment as possible and can be put together in a Holiday Inn room.
Not pictured here: Bob’s Red Mill Oatmeal with Flax and Chia single cups, mini Guacamole cups, and whatever fruit I feel like grabbing.

Out of curiosity, how much olive oil will you use? Growing up in the 90s, I avoided fats and I’m introducing more and more with MD. I tracked my food out of curiosity and my macros were like 35-40 carbs, 40 fat, and 20-25 protein.
That’s with having 2-3 teaspoons of EVOO a day. And avocado or salmon, eggs, etc.
I’ve read that the MD on Crete calls for A LOT of olive oil. So just curious since I see that bottle, if you don’t mind?
