Crispy Fried Enoki Mushrooms

  1. ###Ingredients

    * 200g enoki mushrooms
    * 90g plain flour
    * 60g cornflour (aka corn starch)
    * 3/4 tsp baking powder
    * 1 tsp garlic granules
    * 1 tsp onion granules
    * 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
    * 1/4 tsp pepper
    * 210ml water
    * vegetable oil for frying

    ###Instructions

    1. thoroughly mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl then stir in the water to create a batter
    2. wash then cut your enoki mushrooms into flat pieces
    3. dip each one into the batter then deep fry until golden brown & crispy
    4. drain any excess oil then enjoy!
