The location is actually a butcher shop during the day (arguably the best in Seattle) and turns into a small restaurant at night. With this the menu is very much meat-forward and really high quality overall.

Everything was wonderful and this was my first time eating goose confit– the leg was as massive as it was tender. I highly recommend getting a seat here if you’re in the Ballard area!
