Spaghetti Omelette 🇬🇧. The Italian version is similar and called Frittata di Maccheroni 🇮🇹.

Hi Steve…great recipe makes very good alternative to our usual Spanish omelette, but would have to use grated cheddar on my portion..hate parmesan as we get it over here, and mfsV won't eat any sort of cheese… doesn't know what she's missing !!! Regards. peter

You did well Steve but I always whisk the eggs, and for that amount of pasta, I would use at least 2 eggs. I make my froga using angel hair pasta.
Hi Steve, we have changed from making the one large froga, we now make a bunch of smaller ones so much easy to flip and is easier to check when the first side is done. We add all sorts of stuff depending on what we have on hand but make the traditional from time to time to keep it PURE 😘😘😁😁👌👌Steve we enjoy watching all your videos but have a preference for the "Lost in" and then the "Road Runner" and just when you walk around but like I said all of them.
