Today I marinated some mahi mahi in white miso, soy sauce, hot honey, ginger, and garlic. And I cooked it in the air fryer.
And I served basmati rice and some steam veggies on the side. With a bit of teriyaki sauce, toasted sesame oil. And furikake after I took the pic!
The mahi mahi marinade turned out nicely.
