We make pizzas in our wood fired pizza truck. We use Vito’s restaurant recipe/process, 65% hydration with poolish starter. Oven is Forno Bravo. Sauce is imported San Marzano tomatoes, hand-squished with a little salt and olive oil. We started on September 1st 2023 and today we sold our 3000th pizza!
