MORROCAN FISH RECIPE

This Moroccan Fish recipe ๐ŸŸ has a delightful blend of savory, aromatic, and citrusy notes, making it distinctive and flavorful.

Ingredients:
4 pcs Mahi-mahi, or any kind of white fish (cut into 2)
ยฝ cup chickpeas (optional)
4 tbsp oil
1 whole red onion
1 whole bell pepper
3 pcs whole tomatoes
1 cup tomato sauce
ยผ cup cooking wine
ยฝ tbsp garlic powder
ยฝ tbsp onion powder
ยฝ tbsp nutritional yeast
Half bunch cilantro
ยฝ tsp salt, to taste

Procedures:
1. Heat the frying pan on a medium heat, then add the oil.
2. Fry the fish for 1 minute each side, then set aside.
3. Now use the remaining oil in the frying pan to cook the sauce.
4. Put the sliced onion, bell pepper, and tomatoes and toast for a bit.
5. Once you can smell the aroma, put the chickpeas.
6. Pour the tomato sauce and bring to a boil.
7. Once the sauce starts to boil, put the ยฝ tbsp nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to taste.
8. Then pour the cooking wine and mix it gently.
9. Once the sauce has been mixed thoroughly, put the 8 pcs of fish and coat it with the sauce to incorporate the flavors onto the fish.
10. Leave it for about 5 minutes and add the half bunch of cilantro.
11. Serve and enjoy!
