This was the result of my first attempt at pressure canning chicken bone broth today. I think it was successful but I am a little concerned that the recipe called for garlic. Should I be concerned or am I just worrying unnecessarily?

No need to worry. You pressure canned it and it is liquid which doesn’t have the heat gradient of solids.
Provided you vented the canner and kept it at pressure for the recommended time.
