CHICKEN FINGERS

    # INGREDIENTS:

    1. Chicken breast fillets cut into strips 500gm.
    2. Eggs 2 whisked
    3. All-purpose flour 1/2 cup
    4. Panko breadcrumbs 1 cup
    5. Salt and Pepper
    6. Oregano 1/2tsp
    7. Lemon juice 1tbsp
    8. Oil for frying

    # METHOD:

    Serving Size: 4-5

    Marinade the chicken with lemon juice and salt.

    Arrange three bowls in this order: flour in one bowl whisked eggs in the second and breadcrumbs in the last bowl. Season each bowl with salt, pepper and oregano.

    Take each chicken strip and dip it into the flour. Shake off the excess.

    Next dip into the egg mixture and then coat with the breadcrumbs. Continue to do this with each chicken strip until all are breaded.

    Deep fry the chicken strips in hot oil till they turn golden brown. Drain in an absorbent paper and enjoy.

    You can also bake the chicken strips for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit flipping and spraying oil halfway through.
