I’m brand new to canning and recently got gifted a Presto electric pressure canner. I’ve water bath canned salsa and that’s it, it’s all I used to do so I have no knowledge of pressure canning. My first two things were red beans and chicken broth to get my feet wet.
Long story short.
Is this normal!? I’m so used to seeing beans with liquid but these ended up thick. Don’t move after cooling down. Sealed good. But I’m just curious and want to know what to expect in the future. Thanks for the help!
