I water bath canned these jars, and the day after I checked and when all had cooled down, the lids were sealed. 1 week has passed and I noticed today that this one, the seal has broken and the lid pops when I press down. Is this safe to eat immediately if it has only been shelfed for a week? My plan would be to refrigerate immediately and consume within a few days. I’m okay with a low amount of risk if it is for me personally unless someone says it will immediately kill me lol. Thanks for any help!
