Everything looks very…cold. Which is how my experience at Ever was, food and service lol

I’ve always been a fan of Curtis Duffy’s eye. Love the presentation on pics 4-6

How did you get photos of the room, service station and kitchen with nobody in them?
Also, how did you get a photo of the kitchen after they broke down without the rubber mats?

Ah, I see they are still trying to fill guests with multiple bread courses. Technique is impressive, but I felt like Ever is a little lacking in the flavor, portion, and service aspects.

We felt like we were in an episode of black mirror eating here.
A lady behind us asked a server how many square ft the kitchen was, lol. He had no clue.

Genuinely curious if anyone is full after eating these decorative swabs of sauce?

Right now, I just can’t think of anything but the Bear when I see Ever (and how bizarre it was they chose a real two michelin starred restaurant, and gave it a fake 3 star/world’s best back story).

Using dots of sauce to float the leaves on the side of the bowl is really smart, I’m going to steal that next time I’m feeling pretentious
