The crispy bits are are best ones. Especially for brussel sprouts.

Today I roasted shaved sprouts with the onion odds and ends. And some garlic powder and chili flakes. I seared chicken with some chili powder. And made crispy chickpeas with chili powder.

This all went on the plate with a squeeze of lemon for all. Balsamic for the brussel sprouts. And salsa macha for the chicken.

Bonus photo of lunch. I took my leftover roasted carrots, sweet potatoes, lentils, arugula, and farro.Added oil and vinegar. And topped it with pistachios and feta.
