No real recipe here. I made some roasted broccoli, carrot, and sweet potato. I made some black lentils with thyme and garlic. And some farro.
I made a preserved lemon/tahini dressing.
And from there it all came together with radicchio, feta, and pumpkin seeds on top. The radicchio is hiding the other ingredients. I had forgotten how much I chopped up.
This would work equally well without the radicchio. But I do like sweet items paired with bitter ones.
