Yesterdays solo dinner att La Villa Lorraine in Brussels.

Amazing interior which felt very elegant and modern

I decided to go all in for 7 course menu + wine pairing.

Overall the evening was fantastic. If i had to change anything I would’ve had a brighter and lighter dessert for the last dish. The chocoate was too heavy for me.

Best dish of the evening: Foie Gras, smoked eel and miso (one of the best dishes i’ve ever had! + winepairing was spot on)

This was tied with the lobster ceasar sallad.

My least favorite: Deer on robata.
This was not bad, just not my favorite.
