Greek Chicken Kabobs 🍗

Ingredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Juice of 1 lemon
Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

📝Instructions:
Marinate chicken in a mix of olive oil, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice; thread onto skewers and grill for 6-8 minutes.

Cucumber Salad 🥗

Ingredients:
* 2 cucumbers, diced
* 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
* 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
* 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
* 1 teaspoon dried oregano
* Salt and pepper to taste

📝Instructions:
Toss cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and feta; dress with olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.

White Rice 🍚

Ingredients:
1 cup white rice
2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon salt

📝Instructions:
Rinse rice, cook with water and salt until tender (15-20 mins); fluff with a fork before serving.
