    Oooh! Yum! Looks and sounds delicious! I do something similar. Adding roasted red bell
    Peppers.

    Also saw a recipe on a YouTube channel I follow that does a dish like this but with blended walnuts instead of cheese that I want to try. It’s a Georgian recipe. Topped with pomegranate seeds too.
