    On the oven tray I did a sauce with tomato sauce (one light and one of sliced tomato), extra virgin olive oil, oreganum, parsley, salt, thime and apple vinegar. On top of it you add slices of purple onion, tomato, aubergine and courgette and then put it in the oven for 55-60 minutes at 180-190ºC
