Look I’m a big fan of lots of seasoning. But this is just over the top. Looks like table salt was used so that salmon is going to be soooo salty. But that’s okay because with the amount of pepper that was used you’ll never get a chance to notice how salty it is!

Ingredients:
– 500 g fresh salmon
– 2ts salt
– 2 ts black pepper
– 1ts cinnamon
– 1 dl pomegrenade seeds
– thyme to taste
Sides:
Boiled potatoes
Creme fraiche sauce
Directions:
1. Season the salmon with salt and place in fridge for 30 mins, heat the oven to 175C/347F meanwhile
2. Grind peppers and mix it with cinnamon powder (2 ts each)
3. Coat the entire salmon with the spice mixture
4. Put the salmon into the oven for 25 mins
5. Place the pomegrenade seeds and thyme on top of the salmon and serve with potatoes and creme fraiche sauce
