The salt is really going to help get rid of any sliminess and any unwanted smells that I don’t need on this chicken remember to wash your chicken for about two to three times to get a perfect result okay so now let’s wash it and set it aside whilst that is going on

The first time look at how dirty the water is so I’m going to repeat the same process until we are done cleaning this chicken so for the second time I’m going to be using some vinegar and some salt and this time around I’m going to be soaking the chicken in water for about

The seasonings marinate very well with the Chicken so while that is done I’m going to cover this chicken with some clean film and I’ll allow the chicken to marinate for overnight if you don’t have that much time you can leave it for 30 to 1 hour and you are good to go okay and after 8 good hours in the

After 5 to 10 minutes of steaming it I am back to check on it and as you can see I still have some blood on the chicken indicating that it is not ready so I will give it a good mix afterwards I will go in with a little bit of water
