I’m trying to start the mediterranean diet like I have many other times the problem is my picky eating. I am trying to incorporate things I do like to emulate what I have read and seen in here. Below is what I made tonight and I want to see if i’m on point and can keep these type of meals up? It is asparagus, diced carrots, salmon, & brown rice? Is this on point with a traditional mediterranean diet meal? Thank you all in advance for any critiques or advice.
