This easy Yogurt (yoghurt) dip/sauce is made with only few ingredients. This can be put together in just 5 minutes. It is fresh, creamy and flavourful, perfect to enjoy with veggies, crackers or a topping for kebabs.
I used Greek yoghurt for this recipe as it has a think consistency. But don’t worry if you don’t have it, you can use any plain yoghurt. If it’s a bit watery, just add the yoghurt to a fine strainer and let it sit there for about 30 minutes. This will drain the liquid and make the yoghurt thicker.
Also if you want the dip to have a strong garlic flavour, you can add a large garlic clove.
Ingredients
– 1 cup plain yoghurt
– 1 small clove of garlic, grated
– 15 mint leaves, chopped finely
– Salt to taste
Method
– Add yoghurt to a small container.
– Add grated garlic, chopped mint and salt. Mix well.
– Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. This will help the yoghurt to absorb garlic and mint flavour.
– Serve with freshly cut veggies or crackers.
Enjoy!!!
