I just found a jar of honey mangos labeled 09/12/23. Is it still good to eat?

  2. Can’t tell whether it’s safe to eat by just looking at the jar. Was it canned by you? What method did you use? If it was made and stored in the fridge the entire time, it would be easier to tell if it was good i.e. it would show mould or smell off if it was bad.

It also has a little free flowing juice on top.

    Check with r/fermentation or r/tinctures

This is outside the purview of this sub, as it is not pickled.
