I personally think the parsley wreath needs to be replaced with curly parsley or removed entirely in favor of more space between the main elements, but more opinions are more than welcome.

Final pic is a view of the full roulade. Cooked at 350°F, finished in the broiler, and left to rest 10 minutes before slicing.

  1. Def not curly parsley. But would chop and sprinkle or remove all together. Maybe put the sauce around the outside of the plate instead too. Potato looks awesome, maybe a touch more color on it. Pork looks great
