Working on transitioning diet for the family and cutting out as much processed foods as possible.
I don’t have help cooking and prepping. I am disabled with back and neck problems making it hard d to stand, plus RA and fatigue.
My 16 yr old and myself LOVE veggies… none of us really keen on fruits. I can’t stand fish and seafood which is making this difficult. I can choke down some good seasoned salmon. What is least fishy smell and taste? I don’t like super flaky fish. Salmon is ok cause its meatier.
Husband doesnt like veggies and despises onion. My blackhole 13 yr old is autistic with sensory issues. Does like most veggies, but he lives on processed and crunchy foods.
I need ideas for snacks they can quickly grab with little prep. Just meals in general with little prep for bad days. Forgot an after pic but this sheet pan meal was delicious. I added diced yellow potatoes for hubby since hes a meat and potatoes guy. He was raised on typical fried Oklahoma diet. I was raised on Italian- american diet until moving from CA to OK
