I have a hobby where I take recipes that are almost unachievable for the normal person and scale it accordingly. I used this recipe, baked it similar to a focacccia (240c, 35min) and then basted with the garlic butter. I chucked it in for a crisp up after basting. At the same temp it took 2mins.
