With Summer grilling in full swing throughout this delicious sausage and shrimp po boys we’re gonna be using zardance and Dewey smoked sausage gonna go ahead and just butterfly them we’re not gonna cut them all the way through scoring the meat side and the skin side seasoning up the shrimp as well cooking

The sausages over medium high heat until they’re nice and crispy just check out how delicious these look the shrimp we’re gonna go ahead and cook them on high heat around a minute and a half per side getting those nicely charred as well toasting up our buns just like so

Now we’re gonna go ahead and load these up some tomato some lettuce and at the end we’re gonna hit them with a spicy aioli sauce you can pick these up at Kroger Walmart and Food Lion stores nationwide

  5. As a French person from Lyon, I can say that's everything but a real original andouille. It's commonly bigger, not that red but more like grey (due to no-sulphites), and when you cut it right through, it has to burst and, like overflowing the inside must be dripping.
