Nice! My grandma had an excellent pressure canned salsa recipe that I deeply wish she remembered. No idea if it was safe, I think it probably was as it was thin and pretty acidic, but who knows. I didn’t die at least. It was distinct from the family salsa because it was cooked and used jalapeños instead of Hatch green chiles and a fair amount of sugar. Care to share your recipe?
