Overall, very delicious! Could maybe be a bit more colorful and a couple of the dishes didn’t blow my mind but the flavors and textures were amazing.
***Favorites***； tomato and caviar ‘oreo, coco- lime sorbet, the buñuelo de viento, and the ‘banana and cinnamon cloud’ on top of the pesce palla mocktail
***Service***: Good! In particular our friend who got the wine pairing was hoping to lean more red-forward that night while still matching well with the flavors, and they did great with accommodating while still complimenting the meal well
