Found a Presto 01/C13 Pressure Canner at a thrift shop and picked it up. Bought new seals for it and gave it a good scrub and its ready to go! Holds 5 quart jars at a time which is perfect for me. How’d I do on this pic up?

curious if the weight in the middle is one piece or three pieces? if it’s one piece it’s a 15 lb weight. but you can get a three-piece weight easily
